CONFIDENTIALY OF INFORMATION IN EMAILS
E-mails are intended only for the entity or person to whom they are addressed. They may contain files and information that are confidential. Accordingly, it is prohibited for any person or entity other than the intended addressee to view, transmit, distribute or copy this information, as well as to act upon it. If you have received an electronic message in error, please notify us immediately and send it back to the sender, and delete the message and all attachments from the computer system.
DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT
In accordance with Article 13 (1) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, we inform you that:
The administrator of your personal data is International Quick Service Polska Sp. z o.o., registered in the District Court in Gliwice, Department X, under KRS number 0000150730, NIP 631 23 66 317, REGON 277958168.
Processing of your personal data will take place on the basis of Article 6 RODO such as:
enabling the provision of a service
performance of the concluded contract
purposes for which you have given your consent, such as recruitment
setting up and managing your account
contacting you, including purposes related to the provision of services,
We also process your personal data for the purposes indicated below, based on the legitimate interest of International Quick Service Polska Sp. z o.o:
monitoring your activity including, for example, searching for reports,
Contacting you for the purposes of permitted marketing activities via available communication channels, in particular – with your consent – via e-mail and telephone,
conducting statistical analyses,
storing the data for archiving purposes and ensuring accountability (proving that we have met our legal obligations).
In connection with the processing of your personal data you have the right to
request from the Administrator access to your personal data,
Require the Administrator to correct your personal data,
Require the Administrator to delete your personal data,
Demand that the Administrator restrict the processing of your personal data,
object to the processing of your personal data,
transfer of your personal data,
lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.

Your personal data will be stored until it is no longer useful for the purposes associated with it, or until you express your objection.
Your personal data was obtained based on your consent or from publicly available sources.
The Administrator shall make every effort to ensure all physical, technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.
DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT FOR RECRUITMENT PROCESSES
Please include the following clause in your application documents:
“I consent to the processing of my personal data by International Quick Service Polska Sp. z o.o. for the purposes necessary for the recruitment process in accordance with Article 6(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. My provision of personal data is voluntary.”
If you are willing to participate in future recruitment processes, please add to the above clause:
“I agree to the processing of my personal data in future recruitment processes conducted by International Quick Service Polska Sp. z o.o.”
- The administrator of your personal data is International Quick Service Polska Sp. z o.o., with its registered seat in Gliwice, 44-121, ul. Chemiczna 18, registered in the District Court in Gliwice under KRS No. 0000150730, NIP 6312366317, REGON 277958168.
- Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Article 6(1) a, b, c of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “RODO”) for the following purposes:
a) to conduct recruitment proceedings regarding necessary data voluntarily and knowingly provided in the recruitment process [legal basis – Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) RODO]; and regarding other data from the recruiter, the legal basis is your consent given by voluntarily providing such data to the Administrator [legal basis – Article 6(1)(a) RODO];
b) conducting future recruitment – if your voluntary and informed consent is given [legal basis – Article 6(1)(a) RODO].
c) to conduct an online job interview via a secure video interview application regarding the processing of your image, including your voice (please be advised that video interviews are not recorded or logged) [legal basis – Article 6(1)(a) RODO]. - The recipient of your personal data will be authorized employees of the company.
4. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country / international organization. - the period of processing of your personal data for the purpose indicated in:
point 2 a – until the end of recruitment;
Point 2 b – until you withdraw your consent.
Point 2 c – only during the video interview. - You have the right to access, rectify, erase, transfer and restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing (if the processing is carried out on the basis of consent), which was performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, as well as the right to object to further processing.
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
8. The provision of personal data by you is voluntary, but necessary in order to participate in the recruitment process. In case of failure to provide data, the recruitment will not be possible.
9. Your personal data will not be profiled.
