It is the service consisting in taking care of supplier’s parts delivered to the final Customer. This service is based on monitoring, analysis, observation of the supplier’s parts from the moment of their delivery to the factory to the moment of installation of the part in the car. This service is made possible by ongoing communication between the supplier, IQS Engineer and the final Customer.
